No. 8 - Rain

A rainy day paired with a bad mood can make for some not so enjoyable times. But pair it with the desire for obtaining a dreary looking shot, not this one sadly, and the sound of thunderstorms? I absolutely love it. Rain is so wild to me because it's just water that got soaked up, is too heavy now, and just drops on us? But it waters crops and replenishes watering holes for wildlife. To even add to it, in the desert certain plants have adapted to just not waste it and become more efficient with their water usage? And don't even get me started on the fact that I thought acid rain would be a far larger issue than it is today. 10 year old me thought I was going to have to be taking cover every couple of weeks so I didn't melt, but we see how much of a lie that was. Anyways, I love rain. Light rain hitting windows. Massive thunderstorms to sleep during. They hold a sort of unique place in my heart honestly. The two sides of the spectrum, pleasant and tranquil light rain and then heavy and raucous thunderstorm. I find enjoyment in both, and I hope you guys are able to as well.
