No. 7 - Jump Rope

I bought two jump ropes a few years back and just let them collect dust and never really used them more than a handful of times. A few days ago I picked one up again and realized how uncoordinated I was when attempting to jump rope. It was something that I was bad at first but slowly started to get better with. I took this small amount of enjoyment to push me to start a 30 day challenge by going outside to jump rope every day for as long as I can each time. I'm grateful that I found something that has helped push me to workout more again and just get me moving at least a little bit. That, and finding a new hobby because it's rewarding to see progress in my efforts.
