People advocate for living in the moment but they also say a picture is worth a thousand words, so which do you do? Take the pic that can convey more than you may ever be able to say and capture a memory forever that can’t be forgotten or live in the moment? Personally I do both but I’m grateful for cameras and phones and photography to be able to hold those memories forever. The tiny details our brains may forget without those snapshots don’t wash away now. Even if our memory falters the picture doesn’t and it’s such an amazing things. We’ve only had cameras since 1816 but it was the size of a SUV. Now we have ones the size of can openers that capture 4k quality. Might as well take a pic and do what you can to live in the moment. You never know when you might forget that memory, and you wouldn’t even know because you forgot.
